*The Visitors’ Workshop is in Feburary, November and December only open on Saturday and Sunday (10.30 am – 12.00 pm and 1 pm – 4.30 pm). On days when the Visitor’s Workshop is not occupied, we charge a reduced admission fee**.

**On days when the Visitors’ Workshop* is not occupied, admission for visitors aged 16 and over is only 5.00 EUR.

Free public guided theme tours take place from March to October every Sunday at 2 pm.

Ticket validity

Each ticket purchased entitles you to one-off entry on the date of purchase. If you leave the museum, for example to enjoy a break, please have your ticket initialled at the counter first. You can then continue your visit to the museum afterwards.

Rucksacks, bags and jackets

Our cloakroom area has lockers that take a 2-euro coin as a returnable deposit.

Pets

Visitors are not permitted to bring pets to the museum (with the exception of guide dogs). There are no facilities for looking after your pet.

Photography

Photographs can be taken in the exhibition for non-commercial purposes.
