Measures to minimise the risk of infection

The current corona pandemic requires responsible and consistent action to protect our visitors and employees. By observing various rules of conduct, everyone can ensure solidarity and protection. For this reason, in our facilities (Museum, Manufactory Store) the following applies as a matter of principle:

– Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other persons.

– Maintain hand hygiene (wash your hands regularly with soap and water.

– Please cough or sneeze in your elbow.

– Do not shake hands.

– Every visitor is obliged to wear a mask.

– Please pay as far as possible without cash.

– In particular: If you feel ill, please stay at home to protect others.

Special arrangements for the museum

For the protection of all visitors and employees we have made the following arrangements:

– The museum is open to individuals, couples and families – currently only a maximum of 150 people are allowed to visit the museum at a time.

– Guided tours can be offered again since 1st July. All information can be found here.

– The Visitors’ Workshop is occupied from tuesday to sunday and during public holidays. During this time, the painting tables can be used after registration.

Special regulations for the
Manufactory Store

The Manufactory Store is the largest specialist shop for porcelain by FÜRSTENBERG and SIEGER by FÜRSTENBERG worldwide.

In order to make shopping with us as safe as possible for you, we have taken the following measures:

– Please observe hand hygiene. There are hygiene dispensers in the entrance area, which are available for your use.

– The use of a shopping trolley is mandatory. The shopping trolleys are regularly disinfected by us.

– The number of customers is limited.

Of course, our expert staff will be available to you as usual for competent advice.
