Ticket validity

Each ticket purchased entitles you to one-off entry on the date of purchase. If you leave the museum, for example to enjoy a break on the beautiful panoramic terrace of the Lottine café & restaurant, please have your ticket initialled at the counter first. You can then continue your visit to the museum afterwards.


Rucksacks, bags and jackets

Our cloakroom area has lockers that take a 2-euro coin as a returnable deposit.



Visitors are not permitted to bring pets to the museum (with the exception of guide dogs). There are no facilities for looking after your pet.



Photographs can be taken in the exhibition for non-commercial purposes.
